Founder
Kitina is the founder of K. A. Rice, CPA and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since October 2005. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, she serves individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and small-business owners with tax preparation, tax planning, tax resolution, and appropriate IRS and state representation.
She earned a B.S. in Accounting in 2002 and a Master of Accounting in 2004 from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Her U.S. Army service from 1993–1997 and federal service from 1998–2016 continue to shape the discipline, accountability, and commitment to service she brings to every client relationship.

Business Manager
Diane supports the firm's operations, client service process, and day-to-day organization. Her retired military service and experience with structured, compliance-focused organizations bring a steady, organized approach to every interaction.
She also volunteers three days a week in community outreach and serves as treasurer for an elementary school PTA. With roots in Lexington, Mississippi, and St. Louis, Missouri, Diane helps make the firm's client experience responsive and welcoming from the first point of contact.
